I don't think that you will need the questions to get the point.)

• Best sources:  Amino acid chelate or calcium citrate. (You can make it easy with a whole egg. placed in a wine glass fill with fresh lemon juice set for 24 hours. Take 1 tsp of That mixture in juice per day.
  All calcium is not created equal so don't go by mg. Calcium carbonate is what "they" base the 1500 mg. but it is only 10% absorbed. You could not and should not take 1500 mg of amino acid chelate.
  I have been finding most women need at least 1:1 parts cal/magnesium. One study shows some women need 1:8 parts cal/magnesium. Type A personality needs more magnesium.

Open Wounds:   [REMEMBER...]

For open wounds, we have a series of favorite remedies:

1. To stop the bleeding, we apply Dynamite Trace Minerals Concentrate. This instantly cauterizes the wound and stops bleeding. It also has the disadvantage of creating a gnarly scab, which may open again soon, especially if the area inside is infected and needs to drain.

2. To soften the scab, promote healing (and discourage licking and chewing, if on animals or small children) we put a generous amount of Dynamite Wound Balm™over the wounded area. At least if they lick it off they are getting nutrients with it...

3. To topically disinfect, we apply Dynamite Tea Tree Oil (Oil Of Melaleuca) directly on/in the wound. This is helpful, especially if the wound keeps opening, to allow abscess drainage. If the wound is abscessing we allow it to stay open to drain, applying more Tea Tree Oil  about every 3-4 hours. (Blood is mixed with lighter colored liquids if abscess drainage.)

4. For immune system supercharge, we use BiAloe® from AloeV 'n' Well. It comes as a pure powder. 160 mg. is a daily portion for adult humans We doubt that it is reasonably possible to overdose, as it is a natural edible plant product, so more is likely okay if it appears to be needed.
