"The
fact that antacids and acid blockers are
even legal to be sold is an absolute
disgrace! The stomach needs to be acid in
order to do it's job of killing parasites
and digesting food."
Apple cider vinegar is
thought to have been used as a digestive aid
since before the beginning of recorded
history.
"Doc Galt's" label
apple cider vinegar comes directly from the
Golden Valley Vinegar processing plant in
Fruitland, Idaho. Nothing is done to disturb
it's natural excellence other than putting
it in a glass bottle. It usually runs a bit
over 6% acidity.
Other
highly-respected vinegar distributors get
vinegar from the very same source, but then
dilute it with about 20% tap water. We ask
"Why would you want to pay for the bottling
and shipping of tap water when you can get
it from your own tap?" (We recommend that
you dilute 1 oz. of vinegar to at least 8
oz. of clean water before ingesting as a
stomach aid.)
It is also
quite wonderful with salads, marinates,
sauces, etc. Using an ounce or two each day
with your foods will usually preclude any
need to take extra as a digestive aid.
